V Fund and RAA Ventures Ltd have submitted plans to build around 67 high quality new homes for Purley at 11-21 Banstead Road.
The scheme will deliver a mix of one, two and three bedroom homes including both market sale and affordable housing.

The submitted planning application documents are available to view on LB Croydon's website here - the reference number is 21/02832/FUL.
The council will now consider the application and carry out its own consultation before making a decision on whether to grant planning permission.
